I’m Dina.
I’m an EFT practitioner and Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) coach, and I work with people who’ve tried all the things—talk therapy, journaling, books, podcasts—yet still feel anxious, disconnected, and stuck in their thoughts. That was me, too.
I lived in a constant state of performing, people-pleasing, stress induced migraines and wondering why nothing ever felt safe, no matter how hard I tried.
Then I found tools that spoke to the body and the subconscious mind—where the real and lasting healing lives. I stopped managing symptoms and started addressing the source.
I now help people like you gently untangle long-held beliefs, self-protective patterns, and nervous system responses—so they can finally reconnect with their truth and their worth.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you as you remember who you are underneath the survival patterns. It’s about helping you feel safe enough to be you.
