The Healing I Needed

Wasn’t Just in My Mind.

My relationships—romantic, platonic, and even the one with myself—never felt truly secure. I lived behind a mask of constant performing, people-pleasing, and mind-reading, trying desperately to keep everyone else regulated. Yet, no one was ever truly pleased. Not even me.

Everything shifted when I discovered somatic healing tools that spoke directly to the body which is where our subconscious mind and long-held survival patterns actually live. Through EFT and IAT, I finally learned how to safely process heavy emotions and clear the old attachment wounds that were keeping my nervous system on high alert.

I learned a vital truth: trauma happens in relationship, and it must be healed in relationship. In a world full of self-help books, wellness podcasts, and automated AI advice, it is easy to think we can analyze our way into peace. But your nervous system doesn't learn safety from a screen, a prompt, or a solo checklist. If intellectualizers could think their way out of trauma, they would have done so by now. True somatic regulation requires co-regulation. Deep attachment wounds like the ones built on being dismissed, unseen, or forced to be the strong one can only be rewritten when you are deeply witnessed by another human being. You cannot think your way out of a pattern that was wired into your body; you have to experience safety in real-time with a safe presence.

I don’t look at you as someone who needs to be "fixed," because you aren't broken. My goal is to equip you with the tools, insight, and somatic presence so that you can become your own healer. You know yourself best. I am simply here to guide you out of survival mode and back home to your authentic self that you get to create.

This is your journey. I bring the space and the methodology. You just have to bring the courage to show up.

Behind the Story: Meet Dina

I’m Dina, a certified EFT Tapping Practitioner and Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) Coach dedicated to holistic, root-cause healing.

Like so many of the "strong ones" I work with, I was the person who tried all the things. I read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years in traditional talk therapy. Yet I still woke up feeling deeply anxious, disconnected, and trapped in my own thoughts.

For a long time, my body was keeping the score through stress-induced migraines and sudden allergies. As a former refugee of the Bosnian genocide, my nervous system had been hardwired for extreme survival from an early age.

I spent years trying to feel "safety,” but it felt like a foreign concept. Almost as if it didn’t align with my cultural and religious background. Almost as if feeling safe and not suffering meant I was abandoning the ones I loved.

To make matters more frustrating, I found it incredibly difficult to truly connect with traditional therapists who lacked the cultural knowledge and lived experience to understand my background. Standard clinical advice often missed the depth of collective, cultural, and religious trauma, leaving me feeling misunderstood.

Beyond the Coaching Space

When I’m not working with clients online, you can find me practicing Pilates, yoga, lifting weights, hiking, listening to frequency music, drawing, or random dancing in my kitchen. I’m a proud plant mom, an animal lover who will stop to pet every cat and dog, and an occasional anime fan (I'll always have a soft spot for Frieren and Apothecary Diaries!).

My Approach: Walking Beside You

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT Tapping is an evidence-based somatic tool that bridges the gap between the mind and the nervous system to unlock lasting emotional relief.

  • Nervous System Regulation: By tapping on precise meridian points, we quiet the body's fight-or-flight response.

  • Subconscious Rewriting: We address the root patterns like chronic people-pleasing and self-doubt where they actually live: below your conscious thoughts.

  • The Somatic Alternative to EMDR: Like EMDR, EFT processes heavy emotional weights through the body, making it a highly effective, compassionate route to long-term trauma resolution.

IAT Subconscious Coaching

Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) goes beyond standard relationship advice by actively engaging the subconscious mind to alter your baseline nervous system response.

  • Rewriting the Inner Blueprint: We shift the subconscious core beliefs ("I am only valued for what I can provide" or "It isn't safe to lean on others") that trigger anxious or avoidant behaviors.

  • Moving Beyond Survival Mode: Instead of simply learning to cope with relationship anxiety, you receive a practical roadmap to clear defensive, self-protective habits.

  • Actionable Daily Tools: You walk away from every session with concrete somatic and cognitive exercises designed to cultivate lasting relationship security, internal safety, and authentic self-expression.
