The Healing I Needed
Wasn’t Just in My Mind.
Hello~ I’m Dina. I’m an EFT tapping practitioner and Integrated attachment theory (IAT) coach who believes in holistic healing. Like so many, I’ve read the books, I’ve listened to the youtube videos and I’ve been to talk therapy, but I still felt extremely anxious, stressed, spaced-out, like life was passing me by. Not to mention I had crippling migraines, developed random allergies I never had before, and most likely have cPTSD.
My relationships, romantic, platonic and even my relationship with myself never felt safe. I always had to perform, have a mask, people-please and try to mind read. Yet, no one was ever pleased. Not even me.
Then I found EFT and IAT which use the body aka the subconscious mind to help with stress, anxiety and even difficult convoluted memories that aren’t fully there, but still somehow manage to haunt us.
My approach is to help you be able to help yourself and I will be there along the way as a guide. You know you best. I’m here to walk with you.
This is your healing journey. I bring tools, insight, and presence. You bring the courage to show up.
On a side note, I enjoy pilates, yoga, hiking, random dancing in my kitchen, petting cats and dogs, caring for my plants, reading books, listening to frequency music, and the occasional anime. My favorites are Apothecary Diaries, Frieren, SpyxFamily, JJK, Delicious in Dungeon, Attack on Titan, Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and Sailor Moon.
I am a Bosnian-American who currently lives in South Korea.

My Approaches
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping) is a gentle, body-based practice that helps ease stress, anxiety, and emotional blocks.
By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on what’s present, EFT works with both the mind and body to calm the nervous system and support real, lasting change.
It’s a compassionate way to release emotional tension—and come back to yourself with clarity and calm. Some consider EFT a gentle, cost-effective cousin to EMDR, offering deep healing through the body and nervous system.
IAT (Integrated Attachment Theory Coaching)
IAT is about using the mind to effect the nervous system. It offers a roadmap and tools for healing the ways we bond, cope, and self-protect—so you can shift out of survival mode and into secure, supportive relationships. It uses the mind and the present moment to effect the subconscious. It offers tools that you can use outside of sessions to help you soar.
